In this prosperous country, we are able to eat any kind of food we like, and due to busy work life that we all have, no free time for exercise. Sound familiar? Yes, over-eat, eat unhealthily, under-exercising, or neglect of themselves has become a problem for many people, because this way of life.
I often hear that people desire to be slim, attractive and fit as a celebrity, but many are not doing anything to change it, probably because the simple fact gets in the way of life.
"I really like to keep fit," we complain, but I have no free time due to my busy work schedule, and I can not afford a personal trainer. ""I want to eat less," we heard ", but the buffet was so wonderful and I can not waste food ."
Would not it be so surprising that there are tons of free time: to plan our day to cook healthy and low calorie meals, exercise without a time limit, to be able to enjoy themselves without the pressure of deadlines? Unfortunately, our lives are too hectic to make this happen. We can not give up and continue this way of life or we can sit quietly to leave a personal plan that can fit into our lifestyle and adapt around it.
I have some ideas for you to consider:
1 Diet
If you're in a rush, and fast food is your only choice, to be wise. Get a salad and put, if you must own a pre-packaged low calorie dressing. Avoid heavy sugar drinks such as colas, but opt for unsweetened tea, black coffee or diet soda. For burgers or sandwich, get a regular type size and not up-size! Finally, forget all about the french fries and onion rings.
Do not stock your office with snacks and sundries. If you do not see it, you crave it.
Plan ahead whenever there is a need to attend business lunches, dinners, banquets and meetings. For lunch, simple, just to make the salad (with its own processing, of course): "For the main course, to fish and cottage cheese are the best and available almost everywhere. As for dinner, I got a good trick for sharing ... 2 Exercise
There should be no excuse for not exercising. I do not believe that you do not even just 15 minutes to spare. All you need to do is to slip a simple exercise into your schedule and hours of operation and this is easily achievable! Simple stretching with weights, push-ups, sit-ups, yoga, etc., can be inserted at any point in their lifetime crowd. Do it in a regular routine and you can just burn some calories away.
Of course, if you have more time to spare, you can join a gym or aerobics / Pilate program to burn more fat.
3 Taking care of yourself
We know that we have to take care of themselves, but our lives can get in the way again due to hectic lives and can not ever finish, "housework. Due to lack of time, we can only make the minimum routine makeup remover, toner, and moisturizer. We shampoo our hair when we occasionally find time for people. We always tell yourself, "wait until I have time, I'll work on it." Imagine, twenty years later, when they start to become visible wrinkles and our skin is no longer lights up, then we bemoan our lack of concern through the years and it will be too late to "fix" our appearance.
Therefore, I suggest that we need to cuddle now. Steal a few hours a week for myself really pamper yourself. Go window shopping, take a deep facial treatments or hair, the practice of relaxation, listening to music, etc. Enjoy your life and lead a healthy life, thinking about yourself, your goals and your dreams
